You choose your apartment and reserve it. Upon reservation, you will pay a fee of 100,000 CZK, which is then deducted from the final price.
You do not have to worry about your money. If the bank does not approve your mortgage, you will get 85,000 CZK back.
securing a mortgage

Budete-li to chtít na později, nic se neděje a rovnou se přesuneme k dalšímu kroku.
Smlouva budoucí kupní
Zde přichází na řadu podpis smlouvy o smlouvě budoucí kupní a úhrada 15% kupní ceny (minus uhrazený rezervační poplatek)
