Once you have made your choice, our sales team will confirm your selection and reserve the chosen apartment for you for up to 3 days.
securing a mortgage
You can start arranging your mortgage today with the help of our official mortgage advisor, Hypodům. If you prefer to arrange this at a later stage, that's no problem - we can proceed directly to the next step.
Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract
This is followed by the signing of the agreement on a future purchase contract and the payment of 15% of the purchase price
Fall | Winter 2027
making the final payment
Once we reach the final stage, we will contact you to finalize the purchase contract and ask you to pay the remaining 85% of the apartment price.
