Reservation of the apartment
You choose your apartment and reserve it. Upon reservation, you will pay a fee of 100,000 CZK, which is then deducted from the final price.
You do not have to worry about your money. If the bank does not approve your mortgage, you will get 85,000 CZK back.
winter 2024
commencement of construction
We begin to build L1FE. At this stage it is time to sign the contract and pay 15 % of the price of your apartment.
securing a mortgage
From booking to building L1FE you have the opportunity to secure your mortgage. But do not worry, we are happy to hold your hand throughout the process and help you with everything.

Final inspection
This is the moment. Just one more step and you can move in to your apartment.

making the final payment
Once we reach the final stage, we will contact you to finalize the purchase contract and ask you to pay the remaining 85% of the apartment price.

You begin to live in your new apartment
